Nemea Through Stories Private Wine Experience

This is the most immersive of our Nemea experiences, made for guests who want to know the region through its stories and its people as much as through its wines.

Your group makes a special stop at the Mycenaean Cemetery of Aidonia, where a dedicated storyteller joins you. Surrounded by the landscape of Nemea, you will hear the myths and legends of the region alongside the traditions and narratives of the people who have lived here, the stories that have shaped Nemea across the centuries.

The journey then continues into the wine country, connecting those stories to the vineyards, to Agiorgitiko and to the modern winemaking of Nemea. Visits are to two carefully selected wineries with an emphasis on authentic boutique producers who express the character and diversity of the Nemean terroir. At each one you meet the wines, the vineyards and the people behind them, with guided tastings and wine interpretation by a local Sommelier and Oenologist.

Departure and return to Athens, with transport included. The experience itself runs approximately 5 hours in the Nemea wine region.

Each experience is personally curated and hosted by a team of wine professionals, including an Oenologist and Sommelier.

Winery selection is curated to suit the group, the character of the experience and winery availability. The final itinerary and participating wineries are confirmed before the experience and may be adjusted where necessary.
