We plan the whole thing. Villas, ferries, transfers, the boat day, the table for twelve that somehow needs booking three weeks out. Then we stay on WhatsApp while you are here, so when the wind cancels a ferry it is our problem and not yours.
You already have your group. The hard part was never finding people. It is ten of you, one villa, ferries that cancel for wind, and one poor woman in the group who ends up project managing everyone's flights. That person should not be you.

The Difference Between This And Every Other Girls Trip To Greece
Most of what you will find when you search is a hosted group tour: a fixed set of dates, an influencer or a guide, and fifteen women you have not met. That works beautifully for some people.
This is the other thing.
- You bring the group. Friends, sisters, cousins, the four of you from university, the ten of you from the school gate. We do not add anyone.
- You pick the dates. Not us. If the only week everyone can do is the second week of June, that is the week.
- You pick the pace. Some groups want three islands and a boat day. Some want one villa, one pool, and nobody moving for nine days.
- The number can change. It usually does. Twice.
The Parts We Take Off Your Hands
- The ferries, timed and rebooked.Greek ferry schedules move with the summer wind, most of all in July and August and most of all around the islands everyone wants. We build buffer days in on purpose, we book the crossings at civilised hours, and if a sailing changes we rebook it while you are still at breakfast.
- A villa that genuinely fits everyone.Group-sized properties on the popular islands go early, and a listing will tell you a villa sleeps ten without telling you it seats six. We know which ones actually work at your number, with enough bathrooms, and we hold them well ahead.
- The admin, off your plate.Every group has one person with the spreadsheet, chasing everyone else's flight times. Hand the whole thing to us and go back to being on the trip rather than running it.
- A headcount that can move.Two people drop out in March, someone's sister joins in May. Completely normal. Tell us and we adjust the bookings. Nothing here is a fixed departure seat you lose.
- A table for twelve, booked ahead.The good tavernas fill weeks out in August, and twelve of you at 9pm is not a walk-in. Thanasis books them in advance, by name, at the places worth going to.
Which Islands Actually Work For A Group
Two things decide it, and neither is the one people research. Can the island actually house twelve of you properly, and can it feed twelve of you at short notice. Everything else is negotiable.

Corfu, Rhodes and Kefalonia also have real group villa stock, and all three take a table for twelve at a day or two of notice.
Count the bathrooms, not the beds
The first thing we do with any villa shortlist is ignore the sleeps number. Five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, sleeps twelve is a real listing on Naxos, and the half is a toilet with a basin in it. Twelve women and four working showers is a different holiday from the one in the photographs.
The depth is not evenly spread either. On one agency's books it is 46 villas on Mykonos and 27 on Paros against 9 on Corfu, so the island you pick decides how much choice you get before you have chosen anything else.
What a listing will not tell you
- Beds, bedrooms and bathrooms.A bed can be a rollaway or a couch that converts. A bedroom can be the lounge with the couch in it. A bathroom can be a toilet and a basin. We ignore the sleeps number and count full bathrooms.
- The view.Sea view, part sea view, street view and no view at all are described in language that blurs them together. So is which floor you are on, how many flights of stairs there are, and whether a lift exists.
- Whether a car can reach the door.On the Santorini caldera and in most old towns it cannot, because the streets predate cars by a few thousand years. The question is then who carries the luggage, a hotel porter or you. We ask, every time.
We telephone the hotel or the villa and confirm every one of these before anything is booked. Not the listing, the actual building.
Island pairs that work in a week
We build a group week around one crossing we know will run. Paros with Naxos is the default: eleven nautical miles, more than ten sailings a day, four operators. A cancelled boat costs you an hour rather than a night.

- Corfu with Paxos, on the sheltered Ionian side
- Crete on its own, with no ferry days at all
Three islands in seven nights is the one we turn down. We have moved enough groups to know what twelve people and their luggage do to a schedule.
The ferry, honestly
We book groups through the trade system on a single reference and take passport names early, because tickets are issued to named passengers. We pick the boat for reliability rather than speed.
We cannot always seat a whole group together. It depends on the operator, and we would rather say that now than pretend otherwise. It is also the smaller problem. Schedules in recent years change often, sometimes on the day with a few hours of notice, and the real damage is a cancelled sailing rather than two hours sitting apart. When it happens we move your transfers on both islands to match and keep you at the hotel until you actually need to leave, because waiting on a cement port with no shade is nobody's holiday.
What Girls Trips to Greece Usually Include

A milestone birthday is very often the thing that finally fixes the dates. Everyone has been meaning to do this for years, and then somebody turns forty and there is suddenly a reason to actually put it in the diary.
If that is what this trip is, say so early. It changes what we book and when.
- The dinner.A long table somewhere worth the walk, booked in advance and by name, with the cake ordered here so nobody has to carry one through an airport.
- The boat day.The whole boat, your group only, and a swim stop that is not the one every day trip goes to.
- Somewhere to come back to.A villa with the pool and the space for a proper night in, which on a birthday trip is usually the night everyone remembers.
- The surprise, if it is one.Tell us and we keep it. Confirmations, timings and costs go to whoever is organising, and never to the person it is for.
- The photograph.A photographer for an hour at sunset, if you want a picture of all of you that is not somebody's arm at full stretch.

Yes. Most of our group trips are between four and twenty people. Above twenty we would want to talk it through first.
No. There are no fixed departures and no other travellers. It is your group only, on your dates.
Expected, and fine. Tell us and we adjust the bookings. Nothing is a non-refundable seat on a scheduled tour.
No. You pay for the travel services once the itinerary is confirmed.
For a group in July or August, six to nine months. Group-sized villas and the good hotels go first.
It depends on whether you want villa space or short-notice restaurants, and the honest answer is a pairing rather than a single island. Paros with Naxos is our default, because the crossing is eleven nautical miles with more than ten sailings a day across four operators, so a cancelled boat costs an hour rather than a night. Yes, and you will want us to. On Crete, Rhodes, Corfu, Naxos, Paros and in Athens we can usually get a good table for twelve on a day or two of notice. On Santorini and Mykonos in August we cannot, and we say so rather than promise it. One thing that helps everywhere: Greek dinner starts around 21:30, so the 21:30 table is the contested one and the earlier slot is often free on the day.
Cards. You do not need to arrive with a roll of euros for a group trip.
Yes, and a 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th is one of the most common reasons a group finally settles on dates. Tell us whose birthday it is and which day, and we build the trip around it: the dinner, the boat day and the cake. If it is a surprise, we keep it that way and send everything to whoever is organising.
Normal in any group. We build in split days so the beach people and the ruins people both get theirs.
