Under the guidance of Vasilis, the Aegean Cuisine chef, you discover the secrets of Melian cuisine. The course starts with a discussion about Greek cuisine, followed by a quick tour of the restaurant facilities used to prepare the traditional recipes, including the fresh lasagna press and the wood oven, before the cooking begins.
