About This Tour
A 40-minute private guided wine tasting at Avaton 1739, located above the Naxos town marina. Taste five carefully selected wines from small island producers: Kouros Lefkos from Saint Anna Winery (Naxos), ALO from Ktima Kostaki (Samos), Aidani from Hatzidakis Winery (Santorini), Liatiko Rose from Iliana Malihin (Crete) and Orgion from Sclavos Wines (Kefalonia).
Each wine is paired with a curated selection of Naxian cheeses: tulumotyri (sharp, matured in goatskin), xinotyro (firm with refreshing acidity), graviera (dense and slightly sweet) with local olive oil, anthotyro (soft and mild) with smoky pancetta, and two-year-aged graviera with cured ham or rustic salami. Includes a presentation of the ancient Sfouni and the Potiri tou Dikaiou.
