About This Tour
Experience the life cycle of the Cretan grape, and taste the local wines and spirits at their best. Learn everything about the local viticulture, wines, raki, rakomelo and surprise your palate like never before.

In this tour we visit a local vineyard explaining the wine-making process from the soil to the glass.
At the local winery we offer a tasting of 5 selected wines, accompanied by delicious local bites.
The final stop at the raki distillery is revealing what can happen to the grape remainings. The local spirit of Raki of Crete will surprise the most demanding palates! The tour concludes with a special workshop mixing two delicious Cretan products, Honey and Raki. The participants are making their own rakomelo, a whole new product.
After so much wine, raki and rakomelo, the Greek God Dionysus and his Maenads will laugh and cheering you from the skies :)
