Kleftiko boat tours from Milos: which one suits you?

7 October 2026 · Monobrow Holidays Greece

Kleftiko is the day most people come to Milos for: white cliffs, sea caves and water so clear it looks unreal. Most visitors reach it by boat, and there is more than one way to do it. Here is how the boat days we book compare, so you can pick the one that fits your trip.

Our most popular: Polyaigos and Kleftiko by sailing boat

Our most popular Milos boat day is the Polyaigos and Kleftiko sailing tour. It is a shared 46ft sailing boat from Pollonia with no more than 12 guests, stopping at Polyaigos, the Sulphur Mines, Gerakas, Kleftiko and Tsigrado, with a homemade lunch on board. Our guests always come back raving about the water, the swim stops and the lunch.

Half a day, or the whole day?

If you are short on time, or want an afternoon free, a half day works well. Our half day tour to Kleftiko by shared catamaran leaves from Adamas, stops at Kalogries beach and Sykia Cave, then gives you about two hours at Kleftiko itself. It runs around six hours. A full day adds more of the coastline and usually Polyaigos, the uninhabited island across the strait from Milos with the clearest water in the group.

Full day by shared catamaran

The full day tour around Milos by shared catamaran leaves from Adamas and takes in Polyaigos, the Sulphur Mines or Firligos, Gerakas, Kleftiko, Sykia Cave and Kalogries. Lunch is homemade and snorkelling gear is included. It runs around ten hours, with up to 25 guests on a 12 metre catamaran.

Hiking and sailing

For active travellers, the hiking and sailing tour to Kleftiko combines a walk with time on the water, over about nine hours.

Your own boat

For a group, a celebration or a fully flexible day, we arrange private boats: a private catamaran, a private sailing yacht, a private motor yacht or a RIB boat.

Good to know

Boat days on Milos run in season. Our sailing tour runs from early May to mid October. Wind decides the route. On the sailing tour, strong northern winds can change the route, so the stops can differ from the ones listed. On the shared and small group days, bring a towel and sun protection, and snorkelling gear is included.

Choosing

Our most popular: the Polyaigos and Kleftiko sailing tour. Short on time: the half day. A bigger boat and a full day: the shared catamaran. Active: hiking and sailing. Your own crowd: a private boat. Tell us your dates and we will check what is running. Getting to the island first? See our Milos island guide.
